  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add cauliflower and broccoli, cooking until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
