- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
- For Dipping: sugar-free ketchup, ranch, spicy mayo, mustard
- Optional Add-Ins: crushed pork rinds, hot sauce marinade, coconut flour
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken
- Pat chicken dry and cut into evenly sized pieces.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss well to coat.
- Make the Breading

- Mix until evenly blended.
