- 1 cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Grate both your Emmental and Cheddar cheese from whole blocks.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the grated Emmental cheese evenly across the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle bacon bits generously over the Emmental cheese layer.
- Evenly sprinkle the grated Cheddar cheese over the bacon layer.
- Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake for approximately 9 minutes.
- Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, let it cool for a few minutes and cut the sheet into strips.
- Further cut each strip into smaller triangles.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
