Instructions

  2. Grate both your Emmental and Cheddar cheese from whole blocks.
  3. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the grated Emmental cheese evenly across the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle bacon bits generously over the Emmental cheese layer.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the grated Cheddar cheese over the bacon layer.
  7. Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake for approximately 9 minutes.
  8. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, let it cool for a few minutes and cut the sheet into strips.
  9. Further cut each strip into smaller triangles.
  10. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
