Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the blanched vegetables with the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
