Ingredients
- Ripe watermelon (seedless preferred) – sliced, cubed, or fun shapes
- 100% dark chocolate – bars or couverture, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into wedges, cubes, or cookie-cutter shapes. Pat each piece dry with paper towels.
- Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Hold a wedge by the rind or a skewer. Dip it into the melted chocolate, turning to coat fully.
- Place each piece on a parchment-lined tray.
- Leave at room temperature or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until set.
- Bring out within an hour for best texture and flavor.
