Ingredients

- 1 can Condensed milk
- 200 g Soft light brown sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 100 ml Full-fat milk
- 3 tbsp White miso paste
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
- Line a 20cm square baking tin with greaseproof paper.
- Combine all ingredients except for the sea salt into a large nonstick pan and heat over medium until it reaches a rolling boil at 112–114°C, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let it cool for 2 minutes, then whisk vigorously for about a minute.
- Pour into the lined tin and sprinkle the sea salt over the top. Allow it to cool at room temperature for 2 hours.
