Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, vinegar, apricot jam, and vanilla extract until well combined.

- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
- Once the pudding is baked, remove it from the oven. Pour the warm sauce over the hot pudding, allowing it to soak in for maximum flavor.
- Let the pudding sit for a few minutes to absorb the sauce before serving.
