- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh berries for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press about 1–2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each small cup or jar to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In another chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the filling into the crusts, filling nearly to the top.
- Chill the cups for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh berries just before serving.
