Ingredients

  • 4 cups green grapes (cleaned)
  • 1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener (granulated)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 23 tsp citric acid (optional, or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cover a large baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Thoroughly wash the 4 cups of green grapes.
  3. Place the cleaned grapes in a large bowl and pour in the juice from 2 freshly squeezed limes.
  4. Mix the grapes and lime juice gently and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the Monk Fruit sweetener with citric acid.
  6. Remove grapes from the fridge and roll each grape in the sweetener and citric acid mixture.
  7. Transfer the coated grapes onto the parchment-lined baking dish and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
