Delicious Indian Overnight Oats with Cardamom and Pistachios


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 12 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 1/4 cup Raw pistachios

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, sugar, chia seeds, cardamom powder, salt, and saffron in a mason jar or container. Stir well until everything is well incorporated.
  2. Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or up to 2 days.
  3. When ready to serve, stir in half the chopped pistachios. Taste the pudding and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Enjoy topped with additional chopped pistachios.
