Delicious Indian Overnight Oats with Cardamom and Pistachios
Ingredients

- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Milk
- 1–2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1/4 cup Raw pistachios
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, milk, sugar, chia seeds, cardamom powder, salt, and saffron in a mason jar or container. Stir well until everything is well incorporated.
- Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or up to 2 days.
- When ready to serve, stir in half the chopped pistachios. Taste the pudding and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Enjoy topped with additional chopped pistachios.
