Description
A refreshing homemade lemon sorbet made with fresh lemons, creamy coconut milk, and maple syrup.

- 4 medium lemons
- 1 can coconut milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup (or agave syrup)
Instructions
- Wash your lemons thoroughly. Cut them in half lengthwise and use a knife to carefully carve out the flesh.
- Place the lemon flesh in a blender. Add the can of coconut milk and your chosen sweetener.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the sorbet mixture back into the hollowed lemon halves.
- Freeze them for at least 360 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- As an alternative method, freeze the lemon flesh and pour coconut milk into ice molds. Once frozen, blend them together as before and return to the lemon cups.
- Serve and enjoy your refreshing treat!
