A heavenly dessert featuring warm, spiced baked pears topped with a crispy mixture and served with creamy vanilla ice cream.

- Baked Pears: 3 pears, halved and cored
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Crisp Topping: 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour or flour
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- To Serve: Vanilla ice cream
- Caramel syrup (optional)
- Cinnamon dust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pears in baking dish, brush with butter, drizzle syrup, sprinkle cinnamon.
- Mix oats, flour, nuts, sugar, nutmeg, butter, and vanilla until crumbly. Top pears.
- Bake for 25–30 mins until pears are soft and topping is golden.
- Plate with a scoop of ice cream, drizzle with caramel, sprinkle cinnamon.
