- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped pickles or relish
- 2 tbsp cooked bacon bits
- pinch paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Soften the base
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl and let it soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Mix the creamy ingredients
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and fluffy.
- Add flavor
- Stir in cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Chill
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes so the flavors blend well.
- Serve
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle parsley or paprika on top if desired.
