Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the highest temperature (475-550°F or 245-290°C) with a pizza stone or steel inside for 30-60 minutes.
- Lightly flour your pizza peel or baking sheet with cornmeal or semolina.
- On a floured surface, stretch or roll your pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to your prepared peel or baking sheet.
- Spoon tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2 to 1-inch border for the crust.
