- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c. Marshmallow Fluff
- 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. hot cocoa mix (from about 4 [1.38-oz.] packets)
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- Whipped cream
- Mini marshmallows
- Holiday sprinkles
- Oreos
- Graham crackers
- Shortbread cookies
- Peppermint sandwich cookies
- Whole strawberries
Instructions
- In the large bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese and Marshmallow Fluff on medium-high speed until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
- Add the hot cocoa mix, heavy cream, and unsweetened cocoa powder to the bowl. Beat on low speed just until combined, about 1 to 2 minutes to prevent splattering.
- Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and continue beating until the dip is smooth, and the hot cocoa mix has fully dissolved, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with optional whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and holiday sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately with cookies and strawberries for dipping.
