Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy for 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in honey and vanilla extract.
