  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peach slices (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons honey drizzle (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
