- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Pour sauce over chicken thighs.
