- ½ cup buttermilk
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk.
- Dip each chicken thigh into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Heat about ½ inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the coated chicken thighs in the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken and let it drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the honey, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper.
- Drizzle the honey butter sauce over the fried chicken.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish.
