Ingredients

- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: whole wheat flour, rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients: honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, eggs, and milk.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix.
- Fold in blueberries carefully, avoiding breakage.
- Fill the batter into muffin tins about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
