Description

These homemade vegan gummies are a fun, flavourful snack you’ll want to keep stocked in your fridge all week. Think childhood fruit snacks, but healthier and way more delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 3 tsp agar agar powder
  • 2 packets raspberry lemonade electrolytes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

Instructions

  1. Heat juices and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer.
  2. Add agar agar powder and electrolytes. Continue stirring until dissolved (about 5 minutes).
  3. Transfer to gummy molds and chill in the fridge for 15 mins to set.
  4. Pop out of your molds and enjoy!
