These homemade vegan gummies are a fun, flavourful snack you’ll want to keep stocked in your fridge all week. Think childhood fruit snacks, but healthier and way more delicious!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3 tsp agar agar powder
- 2 packets raspberry lemonade electrolytes (optional)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
Instructions
- Heat juices and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer.
- Add agar agar powder and electrolytes. Continue stirring until dissolved (about 5 minutes).
- Transfer to gummy molds and chill in the fridge for 15 mins to set.
- Pop out of your molds and enjoy!
