- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk (whole, low fat, or dairy free)
- 3–5 tbsp hazelnut extract (or syrup)
- 2–3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream, milk, hazelnut extract or syrup, and sweetened condensed milk to a small saucepan.
- Whisk gently to combine before heating.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat.
- Heat slowly while whisking until the mixture is warm and steaming, but not boiling.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Allow the creamer to cool slightly in the pan.
- Use a funnel to pour the creamer into a clean glass bottle or jar.
- Let cool completely, then seal and refrigerate.
- Shake gently before each use and enjoy in your favorite coffee!
