Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the guava puree, mixing just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
