Description

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey or chicken breakfast sausage (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Diced bell peppers
  • Chopped spinach
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. If using sausage, cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and lightly browned. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Spread thawed hashbrowns evenly in the baking dish. Add cooked sausage and optional vegetables, then sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over all ingredients, gently pressing down to distribute.
  6. Bake uncovered for 40–50 minutes, until eggs are fully set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
