- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- For Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- For Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato
- For Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For Baby Back Ribs:
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- Your favorite BBQ rub
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Prepare Pork Tenderloin Medallions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, toss pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare Cheeseburger Salad: Form ground turkey into patties. Mix breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Combine with turkey and form into burger patties. Grill until cooked through. Serve over lettuce with your favorite burger toppings and burger sauce.
- Prepare Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos: Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. For the Bang Bang Sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Assemble tacos with grilled shrimp, sauce, and shredded cabbage.
- Prepare Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Spoon mixture onto tortillas, add desired toppings, and roll up. Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned and heated through.
- Prepare Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, honey, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
