- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon green gel food color
- 1 cup cream cheese creamy ready-to-spread frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Soften cookie dough at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Mix cookie dough, eggs, flour, and food color in a large bowl with an electric mixer until well blended.
- Transfer batter to a decorating bag and pipe 1 1/4-inch circles onto cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until set.
- Cool for 2 minutes on sheets, then transfer to racks to cool completely.
- Pipe frosting onto the flat side of a cookie, top with another to form a whoopie pie.
- Repeat with remaining cookies.
