- 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Optional: toppings like sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4-6 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel by forming a hole in the center.
- Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet and brush with a little extra yogurt, then sprinkle your desired toppings.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
