  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • Fresh parsley to taste

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas or flatbreads in a skillet until flexible and lightly toasted.
  2. Rinse and drain chickpeas.
  3. Dice cucumber, tomato, and red onion; chop parsley.
  4. Add chickpeas to a bowl and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  5. Mix in cucumber, tomato, onion, and parsley.
  6. Crumble feta over the mixture and gently fold.
  7. Spoon filling into each warm wrap, fold tightly, and serve warm.
