Ingredients

- Warm tortillas or flatbreads
- 1 can chickpeas
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 diced cucumber
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped red onion
- Fresh parsley to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm tortillas or flatbreads in a skillet until flexible and lightly toasted.
- Rinse and drain chickpeas.
- Dice cucumber, tomato, and red onion; chop parsley.
- Add chickpeas to a bowl and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Mix in cucumber, tomato, onion, and parsley.
- Crumble feta over the mixture and gently fold.
- Spoon filling into each warm wrap, fold tightly, and serve warm.
