  • 1 cup Egg Noodles
  • 4 cups Milk

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a little salt, and cook the noodles for half the time indicated on the package. If using homemade noodles, cook for one minute.
  2. While the noodles boil, prepare the pudding mix by cracking 10 eggs into a large bowl and adding sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Drain the cooked noodles and set them aside to cool, adding a few drops of melted butter or oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Continue preparing the pudding mix by adding milk and melted butter, and mix well. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and place a tray with hot water at the bottom of the oven for even baking.
