  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or chives)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
