  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest

  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips

Instructions

  1. In a gallon size ziploc bag, add ginger, honey, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Zip closed and mix with your hand.
  3. Add sliced chicken breasts and mix again, coating each strip.
  4. Marinate for 2+ hours.
  5. Grill or pan fry chicken until internal temp reaches 165°F. This should be fairly quick as they are sliced so thin.
