- 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
Instructions
- In a gallon size ziploc bag, add ginger, honey, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.
- Zip closed and mix with your hand.
- Add sliced chicken breasts and mix again, coating each strip.
- Marinate for 2+ hours.
- Grill or pan fry chicken until internal temp reaches 165°F. This should be fairly quick as they are sliced so thin.
