A simple and delicious skillet meal featuring tender steak, zucchini, and garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add zucchini to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for 1 minute more.
- Return steak to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
