  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 16 small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
