- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 16 small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble sliders by placing each meatball on the bottom half of a slider bun. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return assembled sliders to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted (about 5 minutes).
