- 2 cups Greek-style plain yogurt (whole-milk preferred for extra creaminess)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, banana slices, or a combination)
- Colorful sprinkles
- Chopped fruit pieces
- Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fill Your Molds: Spoon or pour the yogurt mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or mini muffin liners placed in a muffin tin.
- Add the Fruit: Gently press pieces of fresh or frozen fruit into the yogurt.
- Freeze Until Solid: Place filled molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve and Enjoy: Pop the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and let them sit for 1–2 minutes before serving.
