Ingredients

- 30 g matcha green tea powder
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 60 ml water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift together the flour, matcha powder, and salt; gently fold into the egg mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine oil, water, and vanilla extract; slowly add to the batter while folding.
- Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
