Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup, and 1/4 cup melted coconut oil until smooth.
- Add 2 cups almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, and your spices (2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cardamom, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp cloves) to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top gently. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
