Description
A calming and creamy floral milk tea made with dried culinary lavender, perfect for relaxing moments.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Optional: honey or sugar, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil in a small pot or kettle.
- Add the 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender to the boiling water, then remove the pot from heat immediately.
- Let the lavender steep for about 5 minutes.
- While the lavender steeps, gently heat 2 cups of milk in a separate pot until steaming; do not let it boil.
- Strain the lavender infusion through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the flowers.
- Pour the warm milk into the strained lavender infusion and stir to combine.
- Add honey or sugar to taste, and add vanilla extract if using.
- Serve hot immediately, or let cool and pour over ice.
