Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Let them bloom for about 1 minute.
- Lower the heat and simmer the sauce for 2–3 more minutes to deepen the flavor.
