- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup (150g) fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup (100g) feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup (60g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Olives
- Fresh herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté spinach until wilted. Let cool.
- Mix spinach with feta, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Roll out puff pastry and spread filling evenly over the surface.
- Roll pastry tightly into a log and slice into even rounds.
- Place slices on baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
