Quick and delicious homemade pizza bagels made with bagels, your favorite sauce, melted mozzarella, and savory beef pepperoni and pancetta.

- 4 bagels, sliced in half horizontally
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce of choice
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices beef pepperoni, cut into small squares
- 2 oz beef pancetta, cooked and crumbled
- Dried oregano, for seasoning
- Freshly ground black pepper, for seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Arrange the bagel halves cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce or marinara sauce onto each bagel half, spreading evenly and leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce on each bagel half.
- Distribute the beef pepperoni squares and crumbled cooked beef pancetta over the mozzarella cheese.
- Lightly sprinkle dried oregano and freshly ground black pepper over the toppings for added flavor.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm.
