  • Powdered sugar (for rolling)
  • 240 ml (1 cup) whipped cream
  • 50 g (½ cup) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Colored sprinkles
  • Marshmallow treats
  • Fruit preserves
  • Cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then gently fold into the batter.
  4. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake until lightly golden.
  5. Turn cake onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel and roll immediately. Let cool.
  6. Unroll gently, spread whipped cream filling evenly.
  7. Roll back into shape and decorate as desired.
