- 50 g (½ cup) powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then gently fold into the batter.
- Spread batter evenly in pan and bake until lightly golden.
- Turn cake onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel and roll immediately. Let cool.
- Unroll gently, spread whipped cream filling evenly.
- Roll back into shape and decorate as desired.
- Slice and serve chilled or at room temperature.
