These Easter Ham and Cheddar Pinwheels are delightful spiral appetizers featuring savory ham, sharp cheddar cheese, and cream cheese wrapped in soft tortillas.

- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8–10 slices deli ham
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: 1/4 cup diced pickles or roasted red peppers
Instructions
- Start by preparing your cream cheese mixture. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream, beating them together until smooth.
- Add the Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika to your cream cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped fresh chives.
- Lay your tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Spread about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer 2-3 slices of deli ham over the cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla.
- Refrigerate the wrapped tortilla rolls for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, unwrap the rolls and place them on a cutting board. Trim off the uneven ends, then slice each roll into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick rounds.
Notes
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance.
