Easter Bunny Fruit Fluff is a creamy, pastel-colored dessert packed with pineapple, marshmallows, and fruit. It is easy to make and perfect for spring gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (do NOT drain)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (thawed)
  • 2 cups pastel mini marshmallows or bunny marshmallows
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments, very well drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained extremely well and halved
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • Pink, yellow, and green food coloring
  • Extra marshmallows for topping
  • Mandarin segments for garnish
  • Easter candy eggs
  • Bunny candy toppers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice until smooth.
  2. Fold in sour cream and whipped topping until combined.
  3. Add marshmallows, mandarin oranges, cherries, and coconut. Mix gently.
  4. Add food coloring to achieve desired pastel shades.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and top with extra marshmallows, mandarin segments, Easter candy eggs, and bunny candy toppers.
