- 0.5 cup plant milk (almond, soy, or oat milk can be used)
- 0.5 cup tart cherry juice (packed with antioxidants)
- 1 cup frozen cherries (for a delightful tartness)
- 0.5 cup frozen pineapple (can use fresh but may alter texture)
- 0.5 whole frozen avocado (adds creaminess and healthy fats)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt (can substitute with any plant-based yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon extra coconut yogurt (for a creamy touch on top)
- 1 tablespoon fruit powder (adds color and flavor for garnish)
Instructions
- Decorate the Glass: Use a spoon to paint a little coconut yogurt on the inside of a glass. Sprinkle some fruit powder into the glass so it sticks to the yogurt, making it look inviting. Set aside to dry while you prepare the smoothie.
- Blend the Ingredients: Add the plant milk, tart cherry juice, frozen cherries, frozen pineapple, frozen avocado, maple syrup, and coconut yogurt to a blender. Mix on high speed until the mixture is very smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
- Serve with Style: Pour the smoothie into the decorated glass. Top it with a dollop of extra coconut yogurt and a sprinkle of fruit powder for an appealing finish, then serve immediately to enjoy its freshness!
