  • 1 tsp Strawberry extract (Vanilla extract can be used as a substitute)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Whole milk (Can use plant-based milk for dairy-free)
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour (Can use gluten-free flour blend)
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • a few drops Food coloring (Optional) (For visual effect)
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry milk (Can use regular milk if unavailable)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and generously grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cream together butter, vegetable oil, and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in pudding mix, strawberry extract, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; add to wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Divide batter in half and tint one half with food coloring.
  7. Spoon alternating dollops of each batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the bundt pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
