Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, dark brown sugar, and honey until smooth.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture until a cohesive dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to 1/8 inch thick; chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), cut the dough into shapes, place on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool the crackers on the pan for 5-10 minutes before breaking them into pieces.
