Description

Ingredients

- 4 slices rye bread
- 8 ounces corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
- Place corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Spread Thousand Island dressing on the other slice and close the sandwich with the buttered sides facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut and serve warm.
