Easy Date Snickers are a quick snack that tastes like your favorite candy bar. They are made with simple, wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1216 large Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  2. Fill each date with peanut butter.
  3. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
  4. Gently press the dates closed.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each date into melted chocolate.
  7. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
