Easy Date Snickers are a quick snack that tastes like your favorite candy bar. They are made with simple, wholesome ingredients.

- 12–16 large Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Fill each date with peanut butter.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
- Gently press the dates closed.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each date into melted chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
- Serve and enjoy.
