Description
A playful spinach-artichoke dip shaped like a bunny for festive gatherings, warm and cheesy with a charming presentation.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup mayonnaise (full fat preferred)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts in water (drained and chopped)
- 1/2 cup spinach (cooked and squeezed of liquid)
- 1 bag frozen roll dough (thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, chopped garlic, drained artichokes, and squeezed spinach in a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly mixed. Taste and adjust salt or pepper.
- Take the thawed roll dough; cut each roll ball in half.
- Arrange pieces of dough on the prepared sheet in a circle to form the bunny’s head and shape two additional pieces into ears and attach them.
- Cover the shaped dough loosely with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm spot for about 25–35 minutes.
- Fill the shaped dough with the artichoke-spinach dip into the center and spoon into each ear without overfilling.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
- Use full-fat mayonnaise for a richer flavor.
- Adjust garlic amount based on preference.
- Ensure spinach is well-drained to avoid sogginess.
