Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, shredded cheese, eggs, baking powder, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a chaffle maker or waffle iron and lightly grease the plates. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot plates and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the diced ham evenly over the batter and close the chaffle maker. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle from the maker and repeat with the remaining batter and ham.
