- 2.5 lbs pork chops (5 pork chops)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 3 ribs celery (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 6 oz box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Lay the pork chops in the bottom of your crockpot, then sprinkle the onions, celery, and garlic right over the top.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth until smooth, then pour that creamy goodness over the pork chops.
- Using the same bowl, stir together the stuffing mix and melted butter until evenly coated.
- Spread the buttery stuffing mixture over the top of the pork chops and sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach at least 145°F inside.
